Delivery, returns and customer satisfaction
DELIVERY
Delivery costs to collection points, to mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg, will be free for purchases over €50 in our store.
Delivery services will be carried out by Mondial relay, at a collection point, for the following destinations: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.
Delivery services in Germany and Austria will be carried out at home by Mondial Relay.
International deliveries, and for countries not mentioned above, will be carried out exclusively by the service provider Colissimo.
The customer pays their shipping costs based on the weight and dimensions of their package, automatically calculated when ordering.
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and automatically calculated during order validation.
The customer will be asked to provide their shipping details, and if applicable, to identify a relay point (after the payment page).
Delivery services are not subject to insurance, and the customer is fully responsible, where applicable, if no solution is found by both parties, in the event of loss, or theft, of his package during the delivery process. .
RETURNS
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The return of certain types of goods is not authorized, mainly gift cards.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product may vary.
If you are returning an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
REFUND POLICY
Our customer satisfaction policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted and in particular for any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which is missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part; or any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
